Attending meetings with clients
Translation & Social Media works :
Good quality of writing and good use of words/sentences
Responsible for the content for the client’ website
Responsible for clients’ social media (work together with AM & AE)
Meet deadline on translation jobs related to clients jobs
Presenting and follow up with the clients – in terms of layout and content wise - until approved by clients
Do the ccreative briefs to Creative Designers – if needed
Able to work underpressure & on deadline, hardworker, good initiative, innovative, and creative.
Reporting :
Make contact report after attending meetings with clients – if needed
Weekly progress report on client jobs to Account Manager
Regular report for the day to day jobs
Others :
Manage, supporting and maintain clients effectively together with the rest of the Creative Services Team maintaining regular contact ensuring that communication flows run smoothly and effectively
Liase and brainstorming with creative, account executive, photographer to meet client’s briefs.
